1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Blab (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Service Description

Blab is an idea validation and landing page service offered worldwide. The service allows you to create and publish landing pages to validate ideas and collect market signals (e.g. page views, signups, conversions). The app includes:

• Free tier (with usage limits as described in the product)
• Boost — an optional one-time purchase processed via Stripe to run paid traffic campaigns for a specific landing page.

2A. Plan Limits and Usage Restrictions

The Service may apply usage limits as described in the product.

Free tier:

• Up to 1 active idea landing page at a time

Analytics (including page views and other events) are measured using Blab’s systems for your dashboards. Other limits described in the product may apply.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to: provide accurate information; keep your login credentials secure; and be responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases & Payments

Boost is sold as a one-time purchase (not a subscription). Price and what is included are as shown on the pricing page and at Stripe Checkout. Payment is processed via Stripe. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Commercial Policy and applicable law.

5. User License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Blab for your own use. You may not: copy or redistribute app or template content; reverse engineer or modify the service; or use the Service to violate laws or harm others.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create (e.g. project titles, descriptions, landing page content). We retain rights in the platform, templates, and infrastructure. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Blab is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee accuracy or completeness of content, error-free or uninterrupted operation, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data, indirect or consequential damages, business interruption, or damage from unauthorized account access. Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Modifications

We may update the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may include links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time via the app or settings. All personal information and project data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

1. 利用規約の同意

Blab（「サービス」）にアクセスまたは使用することにより、これらの利用規約（「規約」）に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、サービスの使用を停止してください。

2. サービスの説明

Blabは、アイデア検証およびランディングページサービスを世界中で提供しています。ランディングページの作成・公開によりアイデアを検証し、ページビュー、サインアップ、コンバージョンなどの市場シグナルを収集できます。無料で利用できる範囲（製品に記載の利用制限あり）に加え、Stripeの一回払いチェックアウトで特定のLP向けにBoostを購入できます。

2A. プランの利用制限

本サービスには、製品に記載の利用制限が適用されます。

無料利用

• 同時に公開できるアイデアLP：最大1件

分析（ページビュー等のイベント）は、ダッシュボード用に当社のシステムで計測されます。製品に記載のとおり、同時公開数や機能利用などの制限が適用される場合があります。

3. アカウント

サービスを利用するにはアカウントの作成が必要です。正確な情報の提供、ログイン認証情報の安全な保管、アカウント下でのすべての活動に対する責任に同意するものとします。当社はこれらの規約に違反するアカウントを停止または終了する場合があります。

4. 購入と支払い

Boostは一回払いの購入（サブスクリプションではありません）として提供されます。価格および含まれる内容は料金ページおよびStripeチェックアウト時の表示に従います。支払いはStripeにより処理されます。返金は特定商取引法に基づく表記および適用法令に従って対応します。

5. ユーザーライセンス

当社は、お客様にBlabを自己利用するための限定・非譲渡・非独占的ライセンスを付与します。アプリまたはテンプレートのコンテンツの複製・再配布、リバースエンジニアリングまたはサービスの改変、法律違反または他者への危害を目的としたサービスの利用は禁止します。

6. 知的財産

お客様が作成したコンテンツ（プロジェクト名、説明、ランディングページの内容など）の所有権はお客様に帰属します。当社はプラットフォーム、テンプレート、インフラの権利を保有します。サービス提供に必要な範囲で、当社がお客様のコンテンツをホスト・表示することを許諾するものとします。

7. 免責事項

Blabは「現状のまま」「利用可能な状態で」提供されます。コンテンツの正確性・完全性、エラーなし・中断なしの動作、特定の目的への適合性を保証しません。

8. 責任の制限

法律で認められる範囲で、データ損失、間接・結果的損害、事業中断、不正アクセスによる損害について当社は責任を負いません。お客様の唯一の救済はサービスの利用を中止することです。当社の責任は、いかなる場合でも、ユーザーが過去12か月間に当社へ支払ったサービス料金の総額を上限とします。

9. 変更

当社はサービスまたは本規約をいつでも更新することがあります。継続して利用することにより、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。

10. 第三者サービス

サービスには第三者サービスへのリンクまたは連携が含まれる場合があります。当社はそれらのコンテンツ、ポリシー、慣行について責任を負いません。

11. アカウントの削除

アプリまたは設定からいつでもアカウントを削除できます。個人情報およびプロジェクトデータは永続的に削除され、復元できません。

12. 準拠法

本規約は日本法に準拠します。紛争は東京地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
