3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to describe your idea, launch a landing page, and collect page views, signups, and conversion data. You are responsible for the content you publish and for complying with applicable laws.

4. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you create. We retain rights in the platform, templates, and infrastructure. You grant us a license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

5. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We do not guarantee that the Service will achieve any particular business or market result. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in connection with the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for breach of these Terms or for other reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
